This Privacy Policy refers solely to the website www.andrejgodina.it and not to any other websites that the user may consult via links.

Your email address is stored on the servers of these providers. When you subscribe (or unsubscribe), we may receive a notification with your details at our email inbox, which is hosted on Register.

MailUp, MailChimp, and MailerLite provide information about who opens newsletters and clicks on links; we use this information to assess interest in our content and to improve our services.

Facebook Pixel

On our website, and on some of our Clients’ websites, we use the Facebook Pixel for retargeting — this allows us to show you Facebook ads related to pages you have already visited.

Data Transfer Outside the EU

No data transfer outside the European Union is foreseen.


Data Processing Methods

Personal data is processed both electronically and on paper, minimizing the use of identifiable data as much as possible, and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
The Data Controller has implemented the security measures required by applicable laws to protect the data.

 

Source of Data

All data is voluntarily provided by the user.

 

Categories of Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed, in close connection with the purposes mentioned above, to the following parties or categories of parties:
a) tax or legal consultants, for the study and resolution of legal matters;
b) professionals (both individuals and legal entities) engaged by the Controller to perform activities related to the above purposes (e.g., couriers, transport companies, agents, resellers, collaborators), or operators responsible for website maintenance and support.

In relation to these categories, the Data Controller undertakes to rely solely on subjects providing adequate guarantees for data protection, and will appoint them, where necessary, as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation.

The list of Data Processors is available at the Controller’s premises and can be consulted upon request.
Data will also be processed exclusively for the above purposes by the Controller’s authorized and trained personnel in accordance with Article 29 of the Regulation.

Personal data will not be disseminated, unless required by law, regulation, or EU legislation.


Data Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes outlined above.

 

Data Subject Rights

At any time, the user may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15–22 of the Regulation with respect to the Controller. In particular, the user has the right to request:
• Access to their personal data;
• Rectification of inaccurate data;
• Erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restriction of processing.

The user also has:
• The right to object to processing if they believe their fundamental rights and freedoms are being violated;
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, for processing activities based on consent;

• The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or significantly affects them.

 

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Each Member State provides that one or more independent public authorities shall be responsible for monitoring the application of the Regulation, to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons with regard to data processing and to facilitate the free flow of personal data within the Union (Article 51 of the Regulation).

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a data subject who believes that the processing concerning them infringes the Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement occurred (Article 77 of the Regulation).
